Job summary

Vertiv is seeking a Team Coordinator to assist the supervisor in maintaining continuous production flow by relieving bottlenecks and filling in positions as needed, while coordinating with engineering and SFA to implement Lean processes.

The role emphasizes pairing with Supervisors to resolve workflow issues, identify shortages, and support cross-functional teams in a manufacturing environment.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED and minimal WorkKeys scores.
• 4+ Years Experience
• Previous lead position experience (preferred)

Responsibilities

• Reduces production bottlenecks on manufacturing product line.
• Address and correct workflow issues.
• Learns all positions and fills in as needed.
• Identifies part and resources shortages and provides solutions.
• Communicates above situations to Supervisors, Engineers and Managers as appropriate.
