Job summary

Vertiv Group Corporation is seeking a Team Coordinator to support the supervisor in maintaining smooth production flow. The role focuses on bottleneck relief, position coverage, and enabling Lean Manufacturing processes across the Anderson facilities.

The position requires minimum high school education and 4+ years in related roles, with preferred prior lead experience. Ability to travel 10% may be required and safety gear must be used as per PPE policies.

Qualifications

• High School graduate or GED and minimal WorkKeys scores for the position.
• 4+ Years Experience.
• Previous lead position experience.

Responsibilities

• Reduces production bottlenecks on manufacturing product line.
• Addresses and corrects workflow issues.
• Learns all positions and fills in as needed.
• Identifies part and resources shortages and provides solutions.
• Communicates these situations to Supervisors, Engineers and Managers as appropriate.
