Job summary

Vertiv is seeking a Team Coordinator to assist the supervisor in maintaining smooth production flow, relieving bottlenecks, and staffing as needed within the Anderson, SC manufacturing area. You will help identify shortages, support Lean initiatives, and coordinate with Engineers and Managers to implement solutions.

The role requires 4+ years in a manufacturing environment, a high school diploma or GED, and prior lead or supervisory experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• Must have a High School diploma or GED and minimal WorkKeys scores for the position.
• 4+ Years Experience in a manufacturing or related setting.
• Experience leading or supervising a team is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Reduces production bottlenecks on manufacturing product line.
• Address and correct workflow issues.
• Learns all positions and fills in as needed.
• Identifies part and resources shortages and provides solutions.
• Communicates above situations to Supervisors, Engineers and Managers as appropriate.
