Job summary

Applied Digital in Dallas, TX seeks a mid-level Project Manager to join our Energy Strategy division. You will oversee energy supply agreements, coordinate cross-functional teams, and manage contract obligations for data center projects.

This execution-focused role reports to the VP Energy Strategy and requires strong collaboration with legal, finance, and operations to deliver timely, business-aligned insights.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in engineering, business, or related fields with relevant experience.
• 5+ years negotiating, implementing and managing energy service contracts for commercial or industrial loads.
• Experience with energy contracts for data center loads is a plus.
• Familiarity with utility tariffs and regulatory processes (Public Service Commissions).
• Ability to coordinate with legal, finance, and operations across projects.

Responsibilities

• Own day-to-day coordination for energy supply agreements with utilities and providers.
• Provide administrative support during contract execution and transition activities.
• Track and ensure delivery of energy contract obligations.
• Coordinate core power contracts (ESA, CRA, CIAC, interconnection) with teams and counsel.
• Develop and report KPIs related to energization timelines and budgets.
• Serve as liaison among development, EPC, legal, finance, and utilities.
