Job summary

Applied Digital is seeking a Data Center Operations Project Manager to drive initiatives that strengthen operational readiness across our growing Data Center portfolio. This role will manage projects from planning to execution, including developing a centralized cradle-to-grave lifecycle tracking system that provides visibility and data for decision making.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years in project or operations management, strong cross-functional coordination, and a background in process

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience required.
5+ years of project/operations management experience.
Ability to translate high-level objectives into actionable plans.
Experience managing cross-functional projects and stakeholders.
Familiarity with lifecycle/asset management concepts.

Responsibilities

Partner with leadership to define and execute strategic projects for data centers.
Develop and adopt a centralized lifecycle management tracking system.
Collaborate with construction, operations, IT, and engineering teams to gather requirements.
Define and standardize operational readiness processes and reporting tools.
Create project charters, timelines, and communication plans.
Monitor progress, mitigate risks, and ensure on-time delivery.
Track KPIs related to readiness and lifecycle management.
Act as liaison between business units and technical teams.
Contribute to continuous improvement by applying lessons learned.
