Job summary

NYC Department of Citywide Administrative Services (DCAS) Energy Management is seeking a Program Manager, Contracting Innovation to strengthen energy contracts across city agencies. You will lead strategic directions, develop new contract vehicles, and drive improvements in procurement and project delivery.

• Master's degree in physical, biological, environmental science or public health.
• Doctorate or master's with supervisory/administrative or research experience.

• Develop and implement new contract vehicles for energy project delivery.
• Review citywide contracts to identify energy efficiency opportunities.
• Coordinate with DCAS OCP and MOCS on standards and language changes.
• Maintain SOPs and track requests for the Contracting Innovation Team.
