Qualifications

• Master’s degree or JD with environmental focus and 2+ years in energy-related data analysis or program management; supervisory experience required.
• Bachelor’s degree with 4+ years in energy/sustainability management or related field; supervisory experience.
• Equivalent education/experience with at least 1 year supervisory capacity.

Responsibilities

• Develop strategy and execution plan to achieve city clean energy goals.
• Lead budgeting, procurement, and contracting processes for solar and energy projects.
• Oversee asset management, new/existing city-owned solar and storage systems.
• Spearhead energy technology demonstrations in city buildings.
• Provide supervision, budgets, and standard procedures for project delivery.
• Resolve construction and project management issues.
