Job summary

Electric Reliability Council of Texas (ERCOT) seeks an O&P Compliance professional to ensure adherence to NERC Operations and Planning Reliability Standards, ERCOT Nodal Protocols, and related documents. The role collaborates across teams to document controls, prepare RSAWs, and support audits.

Level 2 requires 2 years of related experience; preferred qualifications include NERC/Texas RE familiarity, RSAW development, and experience with SQL, Cognos, and Python.

Qualifications

• 2 years related work experience (Level 2) preferred.
• Experience with NERC Operations and Planning Reliability Standards and ERCOT Nodal Protocols preferred.
• Proficiency with data analysis platforms (SQL, Cognos, Python) preferred.

Responsibilities

• Identify and assess internal controls to ensure compliance with NERC, Texas RE, and ERCOT requirements.
• Prepare and maintain RSAWs, narratives, evidence, and internal controls for assigned Standards.
• Coordinate with subject matter experts and participate in audits as needed.
