Job summary

The DC Government seeks a qualified lead for its energy grant program within the Department of Buildings. The incumbent will manage a team, develop and implement plan review and inspections protocols, and evaluate the effectiveness of energy building codes for energy efficiency and healthier buildings.

Responsibilities include analyzing code performance, coordinating with agencies and community groups, and guiding program priorities within budget and schedule.

• Analyzes program data and performance measures of the current Energy Conservation Code versus previous Energy Conservation Codes.
• Plans and directs team operations, sets priorities, assigns tasks, and ensures progress toward major program priorities.
