Job summary

QXO is seeking qualified candidates to conduct energy efficiency testing and inspections on new construction homes in Auburn, AL and Columbus, GA. You will perform blower door, duct leakage, and ventilation testing, with reporting in company software and coordination with site superintendents.

Travel is local to regional sites, up to 100% as required. Training for certification is provided by the company; a valid driver’s license is required if operating a company vehicle.

Qualifications

Willingness to learn new things and obtain new certifications over time.
Dependable, energetic and good speaking skills.
Comfortable working independently on construction job sites.

Responsibilities

Conduct energy efficiency testing and punch list inspections on new construction homes.
Prepare homes for inspection services and conduct blower door testing.
Perform duct leakage and ventilation testing and infrared scans.
Communicate standards to customers and local officials and log results.
