Qualifications

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree required.
• Significant experience representing clients before FERC.
• Experience with state energy regulatory agencies and public utility commissions.
• Strong regulatory and litigation experience in the energy sector.
• Excellent written and oral advocacy skills.
• Ability to manage sophisticated client matters and collaborate across practice areas.

Responsibilities

• Represent clients in regulatory and litigation matters.
• Provide strategic regulatory counseling.
• Support energy-related mergers, acquisitions, and corporate transactions.
• Collaborate with colleagues across energy, corporate, and litigation practices.
