Qualifications

• JD degree required and bar admission.
• Experience before state energy commissions and FERC.
• Strong written and oral advocacy skills.
• Ability to manage complex regulatory matters and collaborate across teams.

Responsibilities

• Represent clients in regulatory and litigation matters.
• Provide strategic regulatory counseling.
• Support energy-related mergers, acquisitions, and corporate transactions.
• Collaborate with energy, corporate, and litigation practices.
