BCG Attorney Search in Washington, DC seeks a partner or counsel to join its Energy practice. The ideal candidate will bring a portable book of business and substantial experience in FERC regulatory, RTO, and energy transactions.

This role requires exceptional analytical and negotiation skills, a collaborative, client‑facing approach, and a track record of business development, with Bar admission and a JD from an accredited school.

Qualifications

• JD from an accredited law school.
• Bar admission in good standing.
• Experience with FERC regulatory, RTO, and transactional matters preferred.
