Job summary

WIN Waste Innovations is a maintenance-focused employer seeking a Maintenance Supervisor to lead daily operations, ensuring safe and efficient plant performance. You will plan, assign, and supervise tasks, coordinate with Operations on shift changes, and maintain CMMS records and preventive maintenance programs.

We require 3–5 years in a power plant environment with supervisory experience and strong knowledge of steam plant operations, plus proficiency in CMMS and Microsoft Office.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Associate degree in a technical field required.
• 3–5 years' experience in a power plant environment or military background.
• 1–3 years of supervisory or management experience.
• Knowledge and understanding of operation, maintenance and control of a steam generating power plant.
• Proficient with Microsoft Software; Excel, Word, Office, etc.
• Experienced in using CMMS.
• Travel may be required, 0–25%.
• Flexibility to work nights during outages or major projects.
• Provide night supervision during all major outages; unscheduled and scheduled.
• Assist the Maintenance Manager with implementing a direct effective PM program and lubrication plans.
• Maintain positive work environment with customers, vendors, and staff.

Responsibilities

• Plans, assigns, and supervises the work of the maintenance department during daily operations.
• Review operating and emergency procedures for compliance in Maintenance.
• Inspect plant machinery and ongoing activities for safety and environmental compliance.
• Assign daily work to team based on priority and coordinate with Operations on shift changes.
• Ensure maintenance staff training and development; oversee performance.
• Supervise maintenance staff and outside contractors for safe operations.
• Maintain CMMS records and lubrication planning; manage work orders and outages.
