• Operate and maintain boilers, burners, surge tanks, DA tanks, and related equipment and controls.
• Operate and maintain chillers, cooling towers, pumps, water treatment chemicals and related equipment.
• Maintain air handlers and terminal units (VAVs, fan coils) and associated controls.
• Receive and evaluate emergency calls regarding essential utilities and services.
• Maintain and repair refrigeration equipment such as walk-in coolers, freezers, and ice machines.
• Maintain tools, equipment, and inventory of consumables; document work in the management system.
