Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in environmental science, biology, or related field, or equivalent experience.
• 15+ years of progressive experience in environmental consulting, with a strong energy sector focus.

Responsibilities

• Lead client account development, sales, and delivery of ERM's consulting services.
• Shape go-to-market strategies for energy and low-carbon economy projects.
• Identify high-potential opportunities and align ERM capabilities with client needs.
• Ensure project success through planning, risk management, and stakeholder engagement.
• Mentor consultants and project teams to foster high performance.
