  • 15+ years of progressive experience in environmental consulting with energy/oil & gas clients.
  • Demonstrated ability to deliver multi-million-dollar programs and drive growth.
  • Deep understanding of regulatory, permitting, and stakeholder dynamics in energy.

Responsibilities

  • Lead client account development, sales, and delivery of ERM's full suite of consulting services.
  • Collaborate with regional and global leadership to shape go-to-market strategies for energy and low-carbon projects.
  • Identify and pursue high-potential opportunities, aligning ERM's capabilities with client needs.
  • Ensure project success through rigorous planning, risk management, and stakeholder engagement.
  • Represent ERM in technical communities and industry forums, contributing thought leadership and innovation.
