Job summary

ERM is seeking a Partner, Capital Project Delivery – Power to shape market strategy and lead programs across the energy sector in North America. This role offers equity ownership and a platform to create market-defining impact at a global consulting firm.

You will drive sales and delivery of ERM’s services, build strategic client partnerships, and mentor high-performance teams while advancing decarbonization and low-carbon initiatives.

Qualifications

• 15+ years of progressive experience in consulting or the Diversified Energy/Power sectors.
• Proven track record of multi-million-dollar annual sales and program delivery.
• Established network of senior-level relationships within target sectors.
• Deep understanding of regulatory frameworks and carbon transition topics.
• Strong business acumen and ability to identify enterprise-wide solutions.

Responsibilities

• Develop and expand strategic client relationships with major energy and power organizations.
• Lead sales and delivery of ERM’s consulting services, focusing on capital project development.
• Collaborate with regional leadership to implement go-to-market strategies for decarbonization projects.
• Drive commercial growth through innovative solutions that anticipate client needs.
• Recruit, develop, and inspire the next generation of ERM leaders.
• Ensure excellence in project execution, client satisfaction, and risk management.
