Job summary

ERM is seeking a Partner in our Capital Project Development team to shape energy infrastructure across North America, guiding major capital projects from concept through execution. As a senior leader, you will navigate environmental, regulatory, and stakeholder challenges with energy clients, including Gulf Coast projects, while expanding ERM's market presence and client relationships.

Qualifications

  • 15+ years of progressive experience in environmental consulting with a focus on energy.
  • Proven track record delivering multi-million-dollar programs and driving growth.
  • Deep understanding of regulatory, permitting, and stakeholder dynamics in energy.
  • Strong business acumen and ability to translate challenges into enterprise solutions.

Responsibilities

  • Lead client account development, sales, and delivery of ERM's consulting services.
  • Collaborate with leadership to shape go-to-market strategies for energy projects.
  • Identify high-potential opportunities and align ERM capabilities with client needs.
  • Ensure project success through planning, risk management, and stakeholder engagement.
  • Represent ERM in technical communities and industry forums, contributing thought leadership.
  • Uphold ERM's commitment to health & safety, quality, and sustainability.
  • Develop growth strategies to strengthen ERM's traditional energy sector position.
  • Mentor consultants and project teams to foster high performance and collaboration.
