Job summary

Exelon is seeking a financial analyst to support planning and operational performance across its energy delivery operations. You will conduct modeling, forecasting, variance analysis and develop business cases to drive efficiency and reliability.

Responsibilities include monitoring KPIs, preparing detailed reports, and providing analytical support to the business unit. The role may require extended hours during storms or energy delivery events.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business or Engineering AND 2–4 years related business experience, or 3–6 years relevant business experience in lieu of degree.
• General understanding of standards, methods, processes and practices, business fundamentals, and performance metrics.
• Proficiency in standard software applications and specialized business technologies to retrieve and analyze data.

Responsibilities

• Support short-term and long-range business planning with modeling, forecasting and variance analysis.
• Provide statistical information to optimise personnel, equipment and materials use.
• Monitor and coordinate operational performance management (safety, reliability, service level, productivity).
• Track and analyze KPIs and prepare detailed performance reports for internal and external use.
• Develop and present business cases to leadership when needed.
