Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business or Engineering and 2–4 years of related business experience, or 3–6 years experience in lieu of degree.
• General understanding of performance metrics and business fundamentals in supported area.
• Proficiency with Word, Excel, Access, PowerPoint, Project and related tools used to retrieve and analyze data.
• Ability to develop and present business cases to leadership.
• Strong analytical, forecasting, budgeting and problem-solving skills.
• Customer-focused with good communication and teamwork abilities.

Responsibilities

• Support short- and long-term business planning with financial and operational analyses.
• Provide statistical information to optimize personnel, equipment and materials use.
• Monitor operational performance metrics and KPIs.
• Prepare detailed standard and non-standard reports for internal/external use.
• Develop and present performance reports for business unit leadership.
• Provide analytical support during storms or energy delivery emergencies.
