Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business or Engineering with 2–4 years of related experience.
• Strong understanding of performance metrics and budgeting concepts.
• Proficiency in Excel, Word, PowerPoint; familiarity with planning tools.
• Ability to develop business cases and present to leadership.
• Excellent written and oral communication and analytical problem-solving.

Responsibilities

• Support and contribute to short- and long-range business planning.
• Conduct modeling, forecasting, trending, variance analysis and reports.
• Provide statistical information to optimize personnel and assets.
• Monitor operational performance metrics and KPIs.
• Prepare detailed standard and non-standard reports for internal/external use.
• Develop and present performance reports for the business unit.
• Offer analytical support to the organization and assist during storms.
