Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business or Engineering with 2–4 years of related business experience, or 3–6 years if no degree.
• General proficiency in standard software applications and specialized business technologies to retrieve and analyze data.
• Ability to develop business cases and present to leadership.
• Customer-driven with strong communication and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop short-term and long-range business plans through modeling, forecasting, and variance analysis.
• Provide statistical information to optimize resource utilization.
• Monitor operational performance and KPIs.
• Prepare and analyze detailed reports for internal and external use.
• Support business units with analytical and operational insights.
• Work extended hours during storms or energy delivery emergencies.
