Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in a related field with 5 years of experience, or a Master's with 3 years, or any suitable combination of education and experience.
  • Experience in primary/secondary research analyzing energy/environmental equipment and HVAC systems.
  • Ability to present data analyses to diverse audiences clearly.

Responsibilities

  • Support discussions with diverse stakeholders via web-meetings and in-person workshops.
  • Oversee provision of technical assistance by TAMs and refine processes & reporting.
  • Prepare and promote technical analyses and sustainable practices to stakeholders to meet energy and cost-reduction goals.
  • Conduct primary and secondary research on energy efficiency tools and document results.
  • Develop project ideas on building emissions reduction in line with DOE and Berkeley Lab priorities.
  • Contribute to development of EMIS, advanced building automation, and grid-interactive control strategies.
  • Organize and work with large data sets using spreadsheets and database tools to create charts and insights.
