AGRILAND FS is seeking an Energy Billing Representative to create customized invoicing and business reports for complex commercial customers while tracking and reconciling accounts receivable. You will coordinate with regional managers to ensure timely payments and monitor invoice status.

Qualifications

• Two-year business administrative degree or equivalent work experience is required.
• Strong problem-solving skills to meet customer needs.
• Experience with reconciling accounts and executing purchase orders.
• Ability to meet multiple deadlines.
• Excellent communication and time management skills.
• Data entry experience with attention to detail.
• Ability to learn proprietary software.
• Capable of working efficiently with little supervision.

Responsibilities

• Customize invoicing, billing, and reports for complex fuel customers.
• Coordinate accounts receivable activities with regional managers and customers to ensure payments.
• Monitor invoice payments and send past due notifications.
• Oversee regional purchase order registries and invoicing documentation.
• Provide timely and courteous customer service with focus on problem solving and collection skills.
• Proactively learn all programs and pricing.
