Job summary

Hunt Energy Network is developing large‑scale islanded power campuses serving hyperscale AI data center loads, anchored by a multi‑hundred‑MW natural gas engine and BESS program. The Manager will drive offtake opportunities and manage day‑to‑day development execution with vendors, permits, schedule, and budget under the VP of EPC.

The role supports broader business development and M&A across the Hunt energy platform, including interaction with executives and legal, finance, and engineering teams.

Qualifications

• Familiarity with pro formas, capital structures, and credit support.
• Solid PM skills: scheduling, budgeting, contract administration.

Responsibilities

• Originate and advance offtake opportunities with hyperscalers, data center developers, and large loads; manage NDAs, data rooms, and diligence responses.
• Structure and negotiate PPAs, build‑own‑transfer, JV, and asset sale concepts with legal, finance, and senior leadership.
• Lead multi‑vendor development execution: OEMs, EPC contractors, and environmental consultants; align scope and schedule, monitor budgets.
