Job summary

Hunt Energy Network is developing large-scale islanded power campuses serving hyperscale AI data center loads, anchored by a multi‑hundred‑MW engine and BESS program. This hybrid role combines commercial origination with day‑to‑day development execution under the VP of EPC.

The Manager will advance offtake and partnerships while coordinating vendors, permits, schedule, and budget, and will support broader BD/M&A opportunities across Hunt’s energy platform.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in electrical engineering (power systems emphasis preferred).
• 2–5 years of experience in power generation, utility/industrial electrical design or EPC electrical engineering.
• Familiarity with BESS/inverter-based resources, islanded/microgrid operation a plus.

Responsibilities

• Review and coordinate electrical design deliverables and schematics across teams.
• Support power system studies, fault current, load flow, and grid-forming BESS analyses.
• Coordinate generator integration, tests, and interface documentation.
• Maintain analyses for capacity, redundancy, and ramping requirements.
• Prepare RFIs, vendor documents, and permit inputs; track deliverables.
• Attend design reviews, witness tests, and site visits; assist commissioning.
