Overview

Lateral Link is assisting a prestigious international law firm in Houston with an UNPOSTED search for a mid to senior-level Attorney for its Energy Transition Projects Group. This is a unique opportunity to work in a busy and dynamic office providing guidance on a full spectrum of energy transactional work across the globe.

Responsibilities

• Draft and negotiate a broad range of infrastructure contracts, such as offtake, supply, procurement, and operating agreements, and construction agreements, across the energy transition sector (CCUS, hydrogen, renewable fuels, etc.).

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in energy transition and infrastructure project work.
• Active license to practice law, and a law degree from a top 25 law school with excellent academic credentials is highly preferred.
