  • Proven experience in drafting and negotiating loan and security documentation and coordinating complex closings.
  • Experience from a top 200 law firm or global law firm is preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Draft and negotiate loan and security documentation, ensuring compliance with legal standards.
  • Coordinate complex closings, managing timelines and ensuring all parties meet obligations.
  • Provide legal advice to clients on project finance matters related to energy transition.
  • Ensure all transactions comply with relevant regulations and standards.
  • Analyze risks associated with financing projects and develop mitigation strategies.
  • Work closely with internal teams and external stakeholders to facilitate project completions.
