I am working with a highly regarded international firm this is seeking a Project Finance Associate in Dallas or Houston. Ideally, the attorney will have at least 3 to 6 years of energy industry experience, with a focus on project finance transactions involving sponsors, investors, developers, and/or lenders, with a focus on renewable power and energy transition. Additional experience with project development and M&A is a plus. This is a fantastic opportunity to work with a remarkable Energy Team.
