Job summary
BCG Attorney Search in Houston seeks an Energy Associate to join the Energy Industry group, handling complex domestic and international energy transactions.
The role supports M&A, project development, real estate, project finance and contracts across upstream, midstream and data center or power projects; Texas bar admission is required and a JD is essential.
Ideal candidates have 2L-4L experience with energy transactions and excellent analytical, communication and negotiation abilities.
Qualifications
- 2nd to 4th-year associate experience.
- Experience in energy transactions.
- Familiarity with upstream and midstream M&A.
- Experience with data center and power project contracts.
- Knowledge of tax equity finance transactions is a plus.
