- Engage in project development and finance transactions.
- Work on infrastructure projects, including energy and non-energy sectors.
- Participate in transactions involving data centers and conventional or renewable energy.
- Handle tax equity and public-private partnership (PPP) projects.
- 2-6 years or 8+ years of relevant experience.
- Experience in project development or project finance preferred.
- Familiarity with renewable energy and energy transition projects.
- Juris Doctor (JD) degree required.
- Licensed to practice law in the state of Texas.
- Strong transactional and negotiation skills.
- Ability to manage complex projects and transactions.
