Qualifikationen

• Two years of experience in Energy Assistance or Weatherization programs with client intake and eligibility.
• Must pass job-related tests and have basic math/computation skills.
• Knowledge of data entry and reporting platforms used by the department.

• Assist clients in completing forms and determine eligibility and next steps.
• Enter data into Weatherization Information Data System and county ACCESS-based system; manage files.
• Explain program requirements, schedules, and provide information on energy conservation measures.
• Perform outreach and build partnerships to support energy assistance efforts; support training and technical assistance.
