Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a technical or business discipline or equivalent experience.
• Minimum of three to five years of related experience.
• Experience with budgeting and accounting concepts.
• Proficiency with Excel spreadsheets and data reporting.

Responsibilities

• Analyzes processes and data and converts this into value added thinking and information.
• Provides timely, accurate, and actionable information for operational leaders.
• Identifies opportunities for process change or continuous improvement.
• Understands information technology solutions and how they apply to business needs.
• Performs ad-hoc querying and reporting as requested by management.
• Develops reports, prepares presentations, writes procedures, and performs other tasks as needed.
• Maintains staffing visibility to preempt resource gaps for operations or emergencies.
• Translates operational information into concise reporting to identify safety trends and risks.
• Supports financial visibility and tracking of regulatory and organizational commitments.
• Responsible for storm restoration and emergency assignments.
