Qualifications

• Excel proficiency required (spreadsheets, charts, functions).
• Experience with electrical utilities and distribution systems preferred.

Responsibilities

• Analyzes processes and data and converts this into value added thinking and information.
• Provides timely, accurate, and actionable information needed for operational leaders to make critical decisions
• Identifies opportunities for process change or continuous improvement and facilitates the acceptance and implementation of the change.
• Understands information technology solutions and how they apply to business needs.
• Performs or assists in ad-hoc querying and reporting as requested by management.
• Works with various departments throughout the Company analyzing data and processes.
• Develops reports, prepares and delivers presentations, writes procedures and performs other activities as needed.
• Maintains a current and forward-looking view of staffing and workforce availability so leadership can identify resource gaps before they affect daily operations, emergencies, or storm response.
• Converts operational information into concise reporting and analysis that helps leadership identify safety trends, performance gaps, risks, and opportunities for improvement.
• Supports the management team with financial visibility and disciplined tracking of regulatory, compliance, and organizational commitments.
• Responsible for storm restoration and emergency assignments.
