Job summary

ICF International is seeking an Energy Consultant in Analytics to help energy and utilities clients optimize energy use and program performance. The role focuses on analysis of energy usage, efficiency measures, and demand response to support decision-making and energy planning.

You will deliver written reports, create client-ready materials, and present findings while building relationships with clients to foster ongoing opportunities and value-driven solutions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in economics, public policy, statistics, business, engineering.
• 2+ years of energy analytics, energy efficiency, or related consulting in energy/utilities.
• Experience analyzing energy usage, program performance, energy savings, or related data.
• Experience with R, Stata, SQL, SAS, or Python.
• Must pass background check and drug screening.

Responsibilities

• Perform energy analyses including statistics, bill analysis, energy savings estimates, and program evaluation.
• Complete tasks and analyses to project manager and manager's satisfaction.
• Prepare written reports and presentation materials for deliverables.
• Justify and document technical decisions in research and data analysis.
• Build and maintain client relationships to maximize productivity.
