Job summary

Resource Innovations seeks a Senior Consultant to join our Advisory Services team, applying advanced quantitative methods to energy challenges for utilities and public agencies. You will lead analysis of demand-side management and work with large AMI datasets to estimate impacts and guide resource planning.

You will also mentor junior analysts, ensure deliverables meet high quality standards, and communicate findings to clients.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a quantitative field with 4+ years of relevant experience.
• Master’s degree in a related field with 2+ years of relevant experience.
• Experience performing econometric and statistical modeling.

Responsibilities

• Lead analytical workstreams for utilities, regulators, and public agencies.
• Estimate program impacts using experimental and quasi-experimental methods.
• Analyze large AMI, interval, billing, and survey data with Stata, R, or Python.
• Develop cost-benefit, cost-effectiveness, or risk models for program planning.
• Prepare reports, presentations, and testimony for regulatory filings.
• Provide clear tables, figures, and visualizations.
