Job summary

Resource Innovations is seeking a Senior Consultant to join our Advisory Services team in Colorado. This role targets experienced analysts, economists, statisticians, or evaluation professionals who apply advanced quantitative methods to energy challenges such as demand flexibility, electrification, and grid modernization.

You will lead analytical workstreams, work with large AMI datasets, billing records, and surveys to estimate program impacts, support resource planning, and present findings

Qualifications

• Econometrics and statistical modeling experience required.
• Ability to translate data into compelling reports and presentations.
• Excellent written and oral presentation skills and client interface capabilities.
• Experience in energy industry or energy program analysis preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead analytical workstreams to estimate program impacts and support resource planning.
• Process and analyze large AMI, interval, billing, and survey data using statistical tools.
• Develop cost-benefit, cost-effectiveness, or risk models and forecasting tools.
• Support survey design, instrument development, and results analysis.
• Prepare reports, presentations, and testimony describing results for clients and regulators.
• Contribute to proposals and business development opportunities.
