Jobtailor is seeking a data-focused professional to support energy efficiency programs and collaborate with IT and operations teams. You will analyze program data, ensure data integrity, and help define requirements for data solutions.

Qualifications

  • 2+ years of experience working with external partners, customers, utility representatives, or data providers.
  • 2+ years of experience working with relational databases, data analysis, or data reporting.
  • 2+ years of experience supporting energy efficiency programs, utility programs, rebate programs, or related energy services.
  • 2+ years of experience performing data quality reviews, analyzing program data, or preparing reports and metrics.
  • U.S. Person status: U.S. citizen, U.S. permanent resident, protected status in the U.S. under asylum or refugee status, or ability to obtain an export authorization.
  • Experience reviewing energy calculations and applying technical reference manuals (TRMs), program guidelines, or regulatory requirements.
  • Experience working with utility representatives, EM&V teams, IT teams, or other program partners.
  • Experience identifying program risks, managing changes, and supporting continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Experience developing or enhancing data reports to support program reporting requirements.
  • Experience analyzing program data and identifying trends in program delivery.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and coordinate activities across internal and external stakeholders.

Responsibilities

  • Provide technical expertise to resolve complex issues and deliver exceptional customer service.

  • Support business leaders in defining requirements and executing data solutions.
  • Review energy calculations of varying complexity against regional and industry TRMs for program measures.
  • Interface with internal and external partners to ensure data updates are delivered on time and within scope.
  • Monitor changes to TRMs, provide feedback on proposed changes, and guide implementation.
  • Develop and enhance data reports for required reporting submissions.
  • Analyze program data for trends in program delivery.
  • Perform quality control activities and data integrity reviews.
  • Prepare reports and metrics related to program activities.
  • Monitor project update progress and coordinate with utility EM&V and IT representatives.
  • Support project update communication plans and timelines.
  • Identify risks and manage changes.
  • Align actions to IT priorities.
  • Lead continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Interact with program partners to promote the program and gather information.
  • Report directly to the Program Manager.
