Advisors work with autonomy, leveraging a platform of market expertise, supplier relationships, and technology to deliver value while pursuing a clear path from Energy Advisor to Senior Energy Advisor.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university.
• Strong writing and verbal communication skills.
• High attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Comfort working with data in Excel or similar tools.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast paced environment.
• Professional demeanor for client and prospect interactions.

Responsibilities

• Develop and grow a portfolio of commercial and industrial clients across deregulated energy markets.
• Identify and engage decision makers through targeted outreach, networking, and market research.
• Advise clients on electricity and natural gas procurement strategies.
• Present pricing strategies and market insights to help clients manage energy risk.
• Manage contract cycles, renewals, and long-term client relationships.
• Leverage Kb3’s technology platform and supplier network to execute energy procurement strategies.
