You will perform full-scale propellant mixing, milling, and related tasks, ensuring correct weights, cleanliness, and safety standards while collaborating with engineers and operations teams.

The role emphasizes safety, learning, and problem-solving to enable rapid scalability and quality outcomes in a high-stakes manufacturing environment.

Qualifications

• Safety-oriented mindset focused on quality and production processes.
• Attention to detail and situational awareness.
• Experience working with hazardous chemicals beyond standard cleaners.
• 0–2 years of relevant manufacturing experience.
• Ability to lift 50 lbs and operate development software with guidance.
• CDLE Type I explosives permit (employer sponsored).

Responsibilities

• Full-scale propellant mixing and prep, ensuring correct weights before release.
• Milling and material handling for propellant mixes; equipment maintenance.
• Support housekeeping, safety, and process documentation per SOPs.
• Maintain clean, organized workspace and pass FOD standards.
• Assist engineers; provide feedback for scalable production initiatives.
