You will oversee multiple projects from design through qualification, ensuring high-quality, on-time delivery within budget while adhering to DoD and ITAR requirements.

Formación

• BS/MS in mechanical or aerospace engineering.
• Minimum 6 years of experience in mechanical product development with leadership of teams.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Proven track record delivering complex projects on time and within budget.
• Strong project management including planning, execution, and risk management.

Responsabilidades
