Job summary

Qualifications

• BS or MS in engineering; Mechanical or Aerospace preferred.
• 6+ years in mechanical product development with leadership experience.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Proven track record delivering complex projects on time and budget.
• Ability to interpret and analyze mechanical specifications and data.
• Experience with electronics design software, tools, and processes.
• Must be able to obtain DoD security clearance for DoD/ITAR work.

Responsibilities

• Oversee design, development, and qualification of multiple projects within the development engineering team.
• Ensure milestones meet schedule and budget constraints and maintain high quality.
• Drive use of rigorous engineering processes, RCCA, and knowledge management.
• Develop and maintain a high-performing, diverse team.
• Mentor and train engineers; provide growth opportunities.
• Analyze data to identify systemic issues and drive improvements.
• Support customer interface activities and interface with EBAD management.
