Job summary

Ensign-Bickford Aerospace & Defense Company (EBAD) seeks a Product Development Lead to guide a 3–5 person development team. You will oversee design, development, and qualification across multiple projects, ensuring milestones meet schedule and budget while maintaining high quality.

The role emphasizes rigorous engineering practices, RCCA, and robust knowledge management. You will mentor staff, drive process improvements, and support customer interactions as a key EBAD manager.

Qualifications

• BS or MS in engineering discipline.
• Minimum 6 years in mechanical product development with team leadership.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Must be eligible for DoD security clearance.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of 3–5 Development Engineers.
• Oversee design, development, and qualification of multiple projects.
• Ensure products meet schedule, budget, and quality standards.
• Drive standard engineering processes, RCCA, and knowledge management.
• Support customer interface and program reviews as part of EBAD management.
