Job summary

Qualifications

• BS/MS in engineering; Mechanical or Aerospace preferred.
• At least 6 years in mechanical product development with leadership experience.
• Ability to obtain DoD security clearance and work on ITAR products.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of 3–5 development engineers.
• Oversee design, development, and qualification of multiple projects.
• Ensure milestone gates meet schedule and budget.
• Mentor and develop team capabilities.
• Drive rigorous engineering processes and RCCA.
• Interface with customers and support problem resolution.
