Job summary

Qualifications

• Must be at least 16 years of age at time of hire.
• Must be available to work mornings, evenings, weekends and holiday hours.
• Background check and pre-employment drug screen required.
• CPR and First Aid certifications or ability to obtain within 60 days of hire date.

Responsibilities

• Instruct, supervise and evaluate participants in swim lessons.
• Ensure safety of all participants in swimming classes and proper use of equipment.
• Perform lifesaving procedures and handle emergencies.
• Assist with registration, submit lesson plans, and oversee enrolled guests.
• Attend in-service trainings to stay current on teaching methods.
