Job summary

The City of Loveland is hiring a Lifeguard for the Chilson Recreation Center Pool. This part-time, non-benefit role requires evening, weekend, and holiday availability to help keep swimmers safe and provide a welcoming experience.

Responsibilities include supervising swimmers, emergency response, recordkeeping, and assisting with pool area maintenance. Must be at least 15 years old and hold current Lifeguard, CPR, AED, and First Aid certifications.

Qualifications

• Current Lifeguard Certification, CPR, AED and First Aid certification required.
• Must be 15 years of age at the time of hire.
• Prior lifeguarding and customer service experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Observe swimmers to ensure safety at all times and respond to emergencies.
• Enforce policies and assist in pool area cleaning and maintenance.
• Provide excellent customer service and maintain public relations with guests.
