Qualifications

• Requires Bachelor's degree in Recreation or related field.
• 1 year swim lesson instruction experience required.
• 1 year lifeguarding experience required.

Responsibilities

• Lead aquatics programs and swim lessons.
• Supervise lifeguards, swim instructors and other aquatic staff.
• Develop staff schedules and conduct evaluations.
• Monitor water quality and facility safety protocols.
• Respond to emergencies and provide first aid as needed.
