Job summary

McKibbon Food & Beverage is seeking a Server to take orders and deliver food and beverages to guests in a timely, friendly and professional manner, upholding the McKibbon Guiding Principles.

The ideal candidate brings 1–2 years of server experience, is able to work a flexible schedule, and has knowledge of alcohol service and relevant safety certifications. You will contribute to an energized bar atmosphere and ensure cleanliness and guest satisfaction.

Qualifications

• One to two years’ experience as a server.
• Flexible schedule including shift work, weekends, and holidays.
• Legal ability to serve alcohol and knowledge of state/local guidelines.
• Knowledge of drink preparation.
• Food safety certification and/or alcohol service training recommended.
• Ability to lift trays weighing up to 30 lbs regularly.
• Embrace guiding principles and provide energized, personalized service.

Responsibilities

• Take orders and serve food and beverages to guests in a timely, friendly and professional manner.
• Create an energized bar atmosphere through friendly service and team energy.
• Anticipate guest needs and adapt service accordingly.
• Maintain cleanliness and look of the bar area at all times.
