Job summary

McKibbon Hospitality is seeking a bartender who delivers friendly, energetic service and expert drink preparation. You will engage guests, manage the bar area, and ensure a superb guest experience while maintaining a clean, well-organized workspace and accurate cash handling.

Requirements include 1–2 years of bartending experience, flexible scheduling (including weekends/holidays), and knowledge of alcohol service regulations. Previous food safety training is a plus.

Qualifications

• One to two years’ experience as a bartender.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule including weekends and holidays.
• Legal ability to serve alcohol in the State.
• Knowledge of drink preparation and presentation.
• Knowledge of state and local guidelines regarding service of alcohol.
• Food safety certification and/or alcohol service training recommended.

Responsibilities

• Mix drinks based on standard serving sizes and keep costs in check.
• Maintain an accurate cash drawer and reconcile discrepancies.
• Keep the bar area clean and well-presented at all times.
• Provide energized, personalized service to guests and drive guest satisfaction.
• Anticipate customer needs and adapt to changing guidance quickly.
